How diverse is your student body?
Our students come from all 55 counties in West Virginia, 50 states and the District of Columbia, and 115 nations around the world, giving us a diverse student body. Our students come from a variety of cultural backgrounds (54% out-of-state; 46% in-state); we have about 1,195 international students. A focus on diversity at WVU is an ongoing part of everyday life. There is a constant schedule of events that will broaden your mind and introduce you to different customs and cultures.
