How do I get a refund on my housing deposit?

We will refund $125.00 of your housing deposit if we receive your formal cancelation of intent to enroll by May 1 for the fall term or December 1 for the spring term. After this date, deposits are nonrefundable regardless of when you pay the deposit. Application/contracts can be canceled if you are not attending WVU and notify us using the online cancellation system.

If you paid the deposit by credit card, the refund will not be credited to your credit card; you will be issued a refund check within 2-4 weeks.
